When you comment a specific keyword (for example, «کمر») on one of our posts or reels, the service may post one public reply under your comment and send you one private message with the resource you asked for. If you reply to that message, the service may send the requested material (for example, an exercise image) in the same conversation. Private messages from this service state that they are automated.

How to stop automated messages: send the word «لغو» or STOP in a direct message to @dr.max.zeinali, or comment «لغو» on any of our posts. The service stops immediately and cancels anything already queued for you. You can also block our account at any time.
